The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares by Directors and Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMRs”):
• A grant of options under the Company’s Sharesave Plan, a UK HM Revenue & Customs
approved all-employee Save As You Earn (“SAYE”) share option plan under which employees
are able to save from their monthly salary funds to exercise share options at the end of the
savings period at a fixed discounted option price.
• A purchase of Ordinary Shares by a Director in respect of the reinvestment of the 2023
Interim Dividend.
