Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report and its supplementary reports,
together with the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”), are available on the Implats website

The notice of AGM, the environmental, social and governance report, the tax transparency and
economic contribution report, the remuneration report and the climate change report were
distributed to shareholders today and are available on the Implats website at:

Notice of virtual AGM
Notice is hereby given that the virtual AGM of Implats shareholders will be held at 10:00 on Monday,
30 October 2023, to consider, and if deemed fit, pass without modification, the resolutions set out
in the notice of the AGM.

The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:
