The Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited Employee Share Trust (2008) (the “Trust”) has, after obtaining the
requisite clearance, purchased Adcock Ingram ordinary shares in the open market, to fulfil its obligations
arising from the exercise of options by a participant. The details are set out below.
