SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF DEBT REFINANCING

We refer to the various announcements released by the Company regarding the debt refinancing (“Debt Refinancing”) of
the Nampak group (“Group”), including the announcement released on Monday, 14 August 2023.

The Company is pleased to advise shareholders that the final long form agreements (“Final Agreements”) have been
signed, and the Debt Refinancing has been successfully implemented with effect from Friday, 29 September 2023 in
accordance with the Final Agreements.

Additional information regarding the Debt Refinancing will be provided in the annual financial statements of the Group
for the year ended 30 September 2023 when they are released at or about Monday, 4 December 2023.
