As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel. The board of directors of Omnia accepts responsibility that the information contained in this announcement accurately reflects the information contained in the TRP121.1 form received by the Company from the PIC and no information has been omitted which is likely to affect such accuracy.
