AUTOCALL OF ASN949

In terms of paragraphs 30(c) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, noteholders are advised of a potential autocall event
of ASN949 (“Notes”). If on the first observation date, being 30 October 2023 (“Observation Date”), the level of the Index is
at or above the Initial Index Level, then the Notes will be deemed to be “autocalled” by the Issuer and the Issuer will redeem
the Notes.

The level of on the Observation Date will be published on or before 11h00 on Friday, 3rd November 2023.
