Shareholders and noteholders are advised that there were no changes to the
Reviewed Final Results and the Independent Auditor’s Report for the year
ended 30 June 2023, released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited (“JSE”) on 29 August 2023. The Annual Financial Statements were
audited by Ernst & Young Inc. who expressed an unqualified audit opinion
thereon.

The full Audited Annual Financial Statements (including the unmodified
auditor’s report containing key audit matters) and the 2023 Integrated
Report are available as of 09:00 today, Tuesday 24 October 2023, on the
Company’s website at https://supergroup.co.za/investor-
information/integrated-reporting/. These reports will not be posted to
shareholders. To request printed copies please contact
