EOH HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1998/014669/06) JSE share code: EOH ISIN: ZAE000071072 (“EOH”) TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that EOH has received notification from Lebashe Networks Proprietary Limited (“Lebashe Networks”) a subsidiary of Lebashe Investment Group Proprietary Limited (“the Lebashe Group”), of the disposal by Lebashe Networks of EOH ordinary shares, such that Lebashe Networks has decreased its holding in EOH from 20.06% to 19.04% of EOH’s ordinary shares in issue. Lebashe has confirmed it remains committed to its strategic partnership with EOH. As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, EOH has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
