The audit reports issued on the financial statements were unqualified, with comparative period restatements on the Statement of Comprehensive Income and the Statement of Financial Position in SGA and Bluefin. The restatement of the comparative numbers in SGA related to the accounting treatment of maintenance fund reserves and the classification of long-term and short-term inter-group loans. These restatements did not have a material impact on SGA’s Statement of Comprehensive Income and no impact on the Statement of Cash Flows. The restatement of the comparative numbers in Bluefin related to the classification of agency revenue and the classification of long-term and short-term receivables. These restatements did not have a material impact on Bluefin’s Statement of Comprehensive Income and no impact on the Statement of Cash Flows.
