The Company announces that on 10 May 2022 the following Directors and PDMRs were granted
options to purchase ordinary shares of £0.07 each in the Company (“Shares”) pursuant to the Quilter
plc 2022 Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of £1.17 per Share.

The options are, in normal circumstances, not exercisable until the completion of either a three- or
five-year savings contract and will then be exercisable for a period of six months. The exercise
periods, in normal circumstances, are therefore as follows:
