In terms of paragraphs 30(c) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, noteholders are advised of an autocall event of ASN949
(“Notes”). On the first observation date, being 30 October 2023 (“Observation Date”), the level of the Index was above the
Initial Index Level, therefore the Notes are deemed to be “autocalled” by the Issuer and the Issuer will redeem the Notes.
