FULL REDEMPTION OF EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES

Holders of the ABETNC and ABETNQ (security holders) exchange traded notes (ETNs) are referred to
the announcement released on SENS on 17 October 2023 whereby FRB advised of the suspension of
the ETNs due to a pending corporate action. [FRB hereby notifies security holders that the corporate
action has been finalised resulting in a full redemption of the ETNs.

Consequently, the JSE Limited has granted FRB approval for the full redemptions of the ABETNC and
ABETNQ ETNs referencing Activision Blizzard Inc, respectively (redemptions).

The redemptions are effective from the commencement of business on Tuesday, 28 November 2023
and the final payment information is below:
