Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 16 November 2023 wherein the
Company disclosed share dealings by directors of Implats, directors of major subsidiaries of
Implats, the company secretary and prescribed officers of Implats and its major subsidiaries, in
terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. Shareholders are advised that the number of
shares disclosed for the performance share plan were incorrectly understated and have been
corrected as set out below.
