RESIGNATION OF DEBT OFFICER TO ABSA GROUP AND ABSA BANK

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Servive (“SENS”) of
the JSE Limited (“JSE”) released on 22 November 2023 entitled “EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGES AND
CHANGES TO ABSA GROUP AND ABSA BANK BOARDS (“THE BOARDS”)”, and are accordingly
advised in accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, that Jason Quinn has
resigned as Debt Officer to Absa Group and Absa Bank with immediate effect.

A process is in place to appoint the successor to Jason Quinn as Debt Officer and a SENS announcement
in this regard will be released in due course.
