CHANGES TO THE WHL BOARD COMMITTEES
Shareholders and Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Noteholders are hereby advised of the following
changes to the WHL Board Committees with effect from 1 January 2024:
(1) Mr Lwazi Bam, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the
Treasury Committee;
(2) Mr Rob Collins, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the
Sustainability Committee;
(3) Ms Belinda Earl, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the
Nominations Committee; and
(4) Mr Clive Thomson, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of
the Nominations and Remuneration and Talent Management Committees.
The mentioned appointments to the roles referred to above are in line with the Board’s succession
strategy and advance continuity on the committees.
