NOTIFICATION OF THE VOTING RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE REQUEST FOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM FRS227 NOTEHOLDERS

Noteholders are referred to the notice of request for written consent from FRS227 noteholders released on SENS on 27 May 2022, in relation to the proposed amendments
to the FRS227 pricing supplement (the consent request), with the deadline date being 17h00 on Monday, 27 June 2022 and in which the extraordinary resolution set out
below was proposed:

- Extraordinary resolution:
THAT the terms and conditions of the FRS227 notes be amended in accordance with Schedule 1 to the notice requesting the written consent of FRS227 noteholders with
effect from the date on which the Issuer receives confirmation that noteholders holding not less than 66.67% in value of the aggregate outstanding nominal amount of the
FRS227 notes have voted in favour of the proposed amendments.

In this regard, the Issuer confirms the voting results from the consent request in relation to total nominal amount of the FRS227 notes in issue are as follows:
