Financial Instrument Partial De-listing Announcement - “CLN362”

ISIN Code: ZAG000112194

CLN362 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
be partially de-listed in the amount of ZAR 20,693,111.00 (the
“Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited effective 29 November
2023. The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the fact that
Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns
the Redeemed Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of
CLN362 in issue is ZAR 78,485,884. The “pay date” (as such term
is defined in the Debt Listings Requirements) is/was 21 November
2023.
