STEINHOFF INVESTMENTS: FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE CHANGE OF NAME
Steinhoff Investments’ shareholders are referred to the results of voting announcement
released on SENS on 22 November 2023 wherein shareholders were advised that the change
of name of Steinhoff Investments to “Ibex Investment Holdings Limited” (the “Change of
Name”) was approved by the requisite shareholder.
Steinhoff Investments’ shareholders are now advised that the Company has received
confirmation from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) that the
special resolution for the Change of Name has been registered, and that the Company’s
name has now legally changed to Ibex Investment Holdings Limited.
The salient dates for the Change of Name are as follows:

Last day to trade shares prior to the Change Tuesday, 5 December
of Name taking effect on the JSE
Termination date for trading under the Wednesday, 6 December
Name of “Steinhoff Investment Holdings
Limited” and commencement of trading
under the new name of “Ibex Investment
Holdings Limited”, with an abbreviated
name of “Ibex”, under the JSE share code
“IBX” and ISIN ZAE000068367
Record date for the Change of Name on Friday, 8 December

Date that the accounts of dematerialised Monday, 11 December
shareholders with their
CSDP’s or brokers will be updated with the
new name
