CATEGORY 2 TRANSACTION - DISPOSAL OF SHARES


Shareholders are advised that at 29 November 2023, Lighthouse had disposed of 98 051 120 shares in Hammerson
plc (“Hammerson”) for an aggregate cash consideration equivalent to ZAR 616 122 427 (the “Disposals”).

Hammerson is a UK-based REIT that owns, manages and develops retail centres in the UK, Ireland and France.
Hammerson is listed on the Main Market of the LSE and has a secondary listing on the JSE Limited (“JSE”).

The proceeds of the Disposals enable Lighthouse to pursue yield-accretive direct property acquisitions.

The following profitability metrics are attributable to Hammerson for the six months ended 30 June 2023:

 *Extracted from Hammerson’s unaudited half year 2023 results published on 27 July 2023.

The Disposals were effected on-market and were not subject to any conditions precedent.

The Disposals, when aggregated, are classified as a category 2 transaction in terms of the JSE Listings
Requirements and as such are not subject to shareholder approval.
