The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Huge Group Limited (“Huge Group”) is pleased to present the
unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended
31 August 2023 (the “Interim Results”).

No dividends have been declared or paid for the six months ended 31 August 2023.

Huge Group manages its portfolio of investments to generate greater revenue, margin, profit, and
cashflows. As an investment holding entity, the Company generates returns from these investments
through the receipt of interest, dividends, and other fees, as well as generating profit from their disposal.

The Board’s investment strategy is to increase its exposure to the software and x-tech market sectors and
it is actively pursuing acquisitions in this regard.
