Company’s annual compliance report prepared pursuant to section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Act, No. 53 of 2003, as amended, is available on the Company’s website at:

York is pleased to announce that it has obtained a level 1 B-BBEE contributor status following the
conclusion of its B-BBEE verification for the year ended 30 June 2023.
