Jurie Strydom holds a BbusSc (Hons) from the University of Cape Town in Actuarial Science, is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the United Kingdom, a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in the United States and an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan Fellow). The appointments of Busi and Jurie are in accordance with the succession plans for the Board and were made pursuant to Old Mutual’s nomination policy.
