CHANGE IN JSE EQUITY SPONSOR
Shareholders are referred to Old Mutual’s announcement dated 12 December 2023 wherein the
Company announced a change in its JSE Limited (“JSE”) equity sponsor following a request for
proposal process.
In accordance with paragraph 2.7 of the listings requirements of the JSE, the board of directors of Old
Mutual is pleased to announce the appointment of Tamela Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (“Tamela”)
as the JSE equity sponsor with effect from 1 January 2024.
