PDMR Shareholdings
LONDON, 4 JANUARY 2024
On 14 December 2023, the Company announced that Kartikeya Parikshya, a PDMR of the
Company, had exercised 471,377 share options at an exercise price of ZAR2.97 per ordinary
share of USD0.00001 each in the company (“Ordinary Shares”).
In accordance with AIM Rule 17, shareholders are advised that Gemfields has received notice
that Mr Parikshya has sold 471,377 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of ZAR2.97 per
Ordinary Share. Following the above transaction, Mr Parikshya owns 45,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.004 per cent of the Company.
In compliance with Rules 3.63 – 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company discloses
the following additional information:
