Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its AMB322; AMB331; AMB354;
ASN379; ASN380; ASN536; ASN730 and ASN959 notes (the “Notes”), following client requests to partially unwind the
respective Notes. Following the repurchase of the unwind units, the Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from
Wednesday, 10 January 2024
