NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF NSX LISTING REQUIREMENT 3.59(b)
RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR: JUSTUS HAMUSIRA HAUSIKU

Notice in terms of paragraphs 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements of the
Namibian Stock Exchange.

The Company’s shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation of
Mr. Justus Hamusira Hausiku as an independent non-executive director of
the Company effective 30 June 2022 due to expiry of his tenure on the
Board.


The Board wishes to recognise and thank Mr Hausiku for his invaluable
contribution over the years and wishes him all the best in his future
endeavours.
