PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF ASN536; ASN604; ASN705; ASN772 AND ASN794

Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its ASN536; ASN604; ASN705;
ASN772 and ASN794 notes (the “Notes”), following client requests to partially unwind the respective Notes. Following
the repurchase of the unwind units, the Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Friday, 09 February 2024
