                                                 R63.78 and expiry between 30
                                                 October 2026 and 31 August 2027.

 Total value of transaction               :      R 80,800,000



Mr Montanana entered into an equity funding arrangement with a financial
institution which consisted of a loan agreement securitised by a simultaneous
collar hedge and equity lending transaction.
