AMENDMENT TO EIGHTH, NINTH AND TENTH SUPPLMENT (“PRICING SUPPLEMENTS”) Sygnia hereby advises investors in the Portfolios that it has identified a discrepancy in the management fee disclosed in the pricing supplements of the Portfolios. The pricing supplements incorrectly disclose the management fees (excluding VAT) as 0.10%, 0.15% and 0.40% for SYG500, SYGP and SYG4IR, respectively. The actual management fees that have been levied since inception of the Portfolios are 0.15%, 0.18% and 0.50% (excluding VAT) respectively. The actual management fees levied have been correctly disclosed in the monthly minimum disclosure documents and are in accordance with the FSCA supplemental deeds.
