NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF GUARANTOR

OMLACSA hereby notifies its debt investors that the audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 of Old Mutual Limited (“Old Mutual”) have
been publicly released. Old Mutual is the guarantor of OMLACSA’s OML11, OML12, OML13,
OML14, OML15, OML16 and OML17 debt instruments.

The consolidated annual financial statements of Old Mutual have been audited by Ernst &
Young Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, who have expressed an unmodified opinion.

The audited consolidated annual financial statements of Old Mutual contain a restatement of
the 2022 and 2021 information in respect of (i) the reclassification of cell captive arrangements
following the adoption of IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts, and (ii) a restatement of an
intercompany loan on the statement of financial position. Full details of the restatement are
set out in notes L1 and J8 of the audited consolidated financial statements of Old Mutual.
There is no impact on the statement of comprehensive income, headline earnings, statement
of changes in equity and statement of cashflows.

The audited consolidated annual financial statements of Old Mutual are available on the Old
Mutual website at www.oldmutual.com/investor-relations/reporting-centre/reports and for
inspection at Mutualpark, Jan Smuts drive, Pinelands, Cape Town.
