NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

OMLACSA hereby notifies its debt investors that the audited consolidated annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 have been publicly released.

The consolidated annual financial statements of OMLACSA have been audited by Ernst &
Young Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, who have expressed an unmodified opinion.

The audited consolidated annual financial statements of OMLACSA contain a restatement of
the 2022 and 2021 information in respect of (i) the reclassification of cell captive arrangements
following the adoption of IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts, and (ii) consequential amendments to
several other IFRS standards on transition to IFRS 17. Full details of the restatement are set out
in note K of the audited consolidated financial statements of OMLACSA.

The audited consolidated annual financial statements of OMLACSA are available on the Old
Mutual website at www.oldmutual.com/investor-relations/reporting-centre/reports and for
inspection at Mutualpark, Jan Smuts drive, Pinelands, Cape Town.
