DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended ("the
Companies Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that the Company has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that
Sekunjalo Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Sekunjalo") has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company such that its entire beneficial interest amounts to 42,80% of the total issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notices with the
Takeover Regulation Panel. Further, as required in terms of section 122(3A) of the Companies Act, AYO has
filed the required notice with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
The board of directors of AYO accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement as
it relates to the Company and confirms that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, such information
relating to the Company is true, and that this announcement does not omit anything that is likely to affect
the importance of such information.
