CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT



Change to the Board of Directors

In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, debtholders are advised of the
following impending change to the Board of directors of the Company (“the Board”).


Albert Essien will reach the maximum tenure on the Board in 2024 and has indicated that he will not be
available for re-election. Albert will therefore step down from the Board with effect from the conclusion
of the annual general meeting (“AGM”) on Friday, 31 May 2024. The Board would like to express its sincere
appreciation to Albert, who has provided invaluable contributions to the Board and the Company during
his tenure as director.


Investor engagement

Old Mutual will publish a voluntary operating update in respect of the first quarter 2024 trading conditions
in advance of the AGM. Further details in this regard will be released on SENS.
