PARTIAL REDEMPTION

Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its AMB318; ASN340; ASN405;
ASN466; ASN467; ASN539; ASN606; ASN608; ASN686; ASN794; ASN844; ASN875; ASN922; ASN924 and ASN970
notes (the “Notes”), following client requests to partially unwind the respective Notes. Following the repurchase of the
unwind units, the Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Monday, 22 April 2024
