 TRP121.1: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that on 23 April 2024, the Company received formal notification
in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that Peregrine Capital (Pty) Ltd acquired a beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company, such that its beneficial interest increased to 5% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission and the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of the Company accept responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement having relied on the notice information as provided by Peregrine Capital (Pty) Ltd in the
Form TRP 121.1, and, to the best of their knowledge and belief, such information is true and does not
omit anything likely to affect the importance of the information contained herein.
