The reference in the Previous Announcement to Mr L Kuyper’s disclosure to the chairman of the Board and the company secretary to accept the Offer in respect of 809 644 Shares should instead refer to 2 720 000 Shares. Mr J Swanepoel’s acceptance of the Offer does not include any share options.
