APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that following a comprehensive selection process, comprising both internal and external
candidates, Mr. Hanré Bester has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and executive director
of the Company with effect from 1 July 2024.

Hanré is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Micro. His experience includes senior finance
positions held in the distribution and warehousing environment at a previously JSE-listed group. Hanré
worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc (PwC), specialising in taxation as a multi-disciplined tax
practitioner. He is a Chartered Accountant who completed his articles at PwC in 2003, and holds a
Masters degree in Taxation.

The board looks forward to his contribution to the success of the business.
