RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SASOL
LIMITED


In terms of paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the Debt Issuer hereby advises
that Mr Hanré Rossouw has informed Sasol Financing that he will step down as Chief Financial Officer
and executive director of Sasol Limited (Sasol), and member of the Capital Investment Committee, on
31 October 2024 to pursue a new career opportunity.

Mr Rossouw will remain with Sasol for the financial year-end closing and the publication of Sasol’s
suite of annual reports for the year ending 30 June 2024, allowing for a structured handover period.
Sasol has commenced the succession process and an announcement will be made in due course.
