Change in directorate

In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Gail Klintworth
will step down as independent non-executive director of the
Company, with effect 31 May 2024. This decision stems from her
increasingly demanding time commitments, having diligently served
on the Board since 16 August 2018. She will accordingly also step
down as a member of the Social, Ethics & Transformation Committee
as well as the Risk & Sustainability Committee.

The Board extends its gratitude to Ms Klintworth for her
invaluable contribution over the years and wishes her well in her
future endeavours.
