PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT


Shareholders are referred to Etion’s provisional reviewed results for the year ended
31 March 2022, released on SENS on 29 June 2022 (“Reviewed Results”). Shareholders are
hereby advised that as of today, 15 July 2022, Etion’s annual consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 (“Annual Financial Statements”) have been
published on the Company’s website and contain no modifications to the Reviewed Results.

The Annual Financial Statements have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. who
expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon.

The Annual Financial Statements, together with the full audit report, which includes
communication of key audit matters, are available on the Company’s website at:
https://www.etion.co.za/investor-relations-new/.

A further announcement will be made once the integrated annual report is published and the
notice of annual general meeting is distributed to shareholders, which is expected to be on or
about 29 July 2022.
