TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”),
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that EOH has received notification from the Metal Industries
Benefit Funds Administrators (“MIBFA”) of the disposal by the MIBFA on behalf of:
- the Engineering Industries Pension Fund (“EIPF”) of EOH ordinary shares, such that the EIPF
now holds in aggregate 3.46% of EOH’s ordinary shares in issue; and
- the Metal Industries Provident Fund (“MIPF”) of EOH ordinary shares, such that the MIPF
now holds in aggregate 2.92% of EOH’s ordinary shares in issue
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, EOH has filed the required notice with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
