NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE COMPANY AND THE
GUARANTORS, AND UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT

ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE COMPANY
The Company hereby advises that its consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31
March 2022 (“Consolidated AFS”) have been published and are available on the Company’s website
at https://www.tsogosungaming.com/investors/financial-results/. The Consolidated AFS were audited
by PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc and the audit report relating to the Consolidated AFS is unqualified.

ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTORS
The Company hereby advises further that the annual financial statements of the guarantors under its
programme memorandum registered with the JSE have been submitted to the JSE. The annual financial
statements of the aforesaid guarantors were audited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc and the audit
reports relating to the annual financial statements of the aforesaid guarantors are unqualified.

The Consolidated AFS and the annual financial statements of the aforesaid guarantors are available for
inspection by noteholders at the Company’s registered office at Palazzo Towers East, Montecasino
Boulevard, Fourways, 2055.

UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT
The Company has updated the information statement in respect of its ZAR20,000,000,000 Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme (“Information Statement”) in compliance with the JSE Limited Debt
Listings Requirements. The updates to the Information Statement primarily relate to:

    1. the amendment of outdated corporate information such as the board of directors of the
       Company; and

    2. the inclusion and update of certain information required by the JSE Debt Listings Requirements
       such as material risks relating to the Company’s business as well as its compliance with the
       King Report on Corporate Governance in South Africa, 2016, amongst others.
