NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Sappi Southern Africa hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its Audited Annual Financial
Statements (“AFS”) for the year ended September 2024.The audit report relating to the AFS is unqualified and
there were no restatements of the previous year’s AFS.

The AFS are available on the Sappi Southern Africa website at https://www.sappi.com/bond-and-insurance-
captive-reporting-requirements# and for inspection at the Sappi Southern Africa head office at 108 Oxford
Road, Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, South Africa from 30 January 2025.
