FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND SALIENT DATES FOR THE CHANGE OF NAME OF
THE COMPANY

Shareholders are referred to the results of annual general meeting SENS announcement published on
4 March 2025, wherein the resolutions to change the name of the Company to Nutun Limited (together with
the consequent amendment to the Company's Memorandum of Incorporation ("MoI")), were approved by
shareholders.

Shareholders are advised that the special resolutions in relation to the change of company name and the
amendment to the MoI have been registered by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.

Accordingly, the salient dates and times in respect of the change of company name will be as follows:

Last day to trade in existing shares on the JSE prior to the change of company     Monday, 17 March 2025
name
Date of termination of trading under old name “Transaction Capital Limited”       Tuesday, 18 March 2025
Trading in new name of Nutun Limited commences (ISIN is retained)                 Tuesday, 18 March 2025
Record date in respect of the change of company name                             Thursday, 20 March 2025
Date on which the accounts of dematerialised shares with their CSDP or             Monday, 24 March 2025
brokers will be updated with the new name and certificated shareholders will
have their entitlements credited to their account

Note:
- Share certificates in the name of Transaction Capital Limited may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
  after the last day to trade prior to the change of name, being Monday, 17 March 2025.

The Company will retain its historical financial and trading reference data.
