Director Declaration

The Company announces that Ian Tyler, the Company’s Senior Independent Director, will be appointed
as an independent non-executive director of BP p.l.c. with effect from 1 April 2025. BP p.l.c. is listed
on the London and New York Stock Exchanges.

This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under UK Listing Rule 6.4.9 (2).

The Company has a primary listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and secondary
listings on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Botswana Stock Exchange, the Namibia Stock
Exchange and the SIX Swiss Exchange.
