DEALINGS IN THE COMPANY’S SECURITIES BY AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, of the
following transactions in respect of the company’s shares by an executive director of the company and
executive directors of a major subsidiary of the company (collectively “the participants”).

All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary shares
of the company (in which the participants transacting have a 100% direct and beneficial interest) and were
executed on-market on 31 March 2025. The transactions relate to shares that vested on that date and which
were held in terms of the company’s share scheme. The shares were sold at a volume weighted average
selling price of R72.1509 (high R72.69; low R71.91) to settle the tax due and to rebalance the investment
portfolios of the participants:
