In terms of the Pricing Supplement read with the Common Terms Document
and relevant Conditions Annexure, the listing of TOPSKA lapsed
automatically when the FTSE / JSE Top 40 Index ("the
Index") was less than or equal to the Knockout Level of 76,000 index
points. The Index was less than or equal to this Knockout Level of
76,000 index points on 04 April 2025.

Warrant holders are accordingly no longer able to trade the above
Knockout Warrants.

Suspension date: 04/04/2025
Termination date: 09/04/2025
