MURRAY & ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) Registration number 1948/029826/06 JSE Share Code: MUR ISIN: ZAE000073441 (“Murray & Roberts” or the “Group”) TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022 Over several years of market instability, Murray & Roberts has demonstrated an ability to deliver on its strategic objectives. The Group’s multi-year, record-high order book and strong project pipeline speaks to the extensive transformation that Murray & Roberts has undergone to become a multinational engineering and contracting group, with business platforms that are well positioned as specialist contractors. Murray & Roberts will be reporting strong growth in revenue and earnings for the year to 30 June 2022, notwithstanding the continued impact on the business from the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Areas of impact include disruption in supply chains, changes to project schedules and associated deferral of milestone payments, escalating inflation, and therefore, difficult commercial environments. The Group has a strong order book of R59,5 billion (FY2021: R60,7 billion) and significant near orders of R60,4 billion (FY2021: R11,1 billion).
