                                    APPOINTMENT OF CORPORATE ADVISER


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 30 June 2025, wherein shareholders were
advised that the Company was in the process of finalising the appointment of an investment bank to act as its corporate
adviser. Accordingly, shareholders are hereby advised that MAS has finalised the appointment of Investec Bank Limited,
a reputable investment bank, as its corporate adviser to assist with the Board's consideration of the implications of any
potential bids for a controlling interest in the Company, as well as alternative strategic options for MAS.
