DEALING IN SHARES BY A PRESCRIBED OFFICER


Further to the announcement released on SENS yesterday, 31 August 2022, (“Previous
Announcement”) relating to the dealing in shares by Robert Craig De Grooth (“Prescribed
Officer”), shareholders are hereby advised the following additional dealing, which took place
on 31 August 2022, was not included in the Previous Announcement, as the Prescribed Officer
only received confirmation of the trade from his broker after close of business yesterday.

Accordingly, in compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings
